Fearless by Design \u2013 Brain Tools to Overcome Fear & Anxiety<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overcoming fear is a learnable skill. This course will unpack the brain science of fear and give you the tools you need to reduce anxiety, get out of your head, and take actions that will help you manage uncertainty. Whether you\u2019re struggling to get out of bed, or yearning to get out of your comfort zone, this course will teach you how to work with your brain rather than against it to unlock a calm, centered, fearless new you. Courage can become your new normal, but it takes brain training to get there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us for four 60-minute sessions that will bring relief, hope, and courage to anyone suffering from fear and anxiety. Along the way you\u2019ll receive downloadable exercises to help you practice what you\u2019re learning, as well as reading lists to help you take your knowledge to the next level. You\u2019ll also be invited to join a Facebook group where you can engage with others who are also on a journey to become #FearlessByDesign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
